Cynthia Soda is the Owner and Principal Interior Designer of Soda Pop Design Inc. Established in 2012, her multi-disciplinary interior design firm provides complete renovation and design services for mid to high-end residential clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area and available globally.

Cynthia believes in and uses her design filter to successfully merge her clients' lifestyle, personality and architecture to create customized, liveable luxury that artistically tells each client's unique story. "Our desire is for every one of our clients to feel pride of place when they come home each day. We want them to love everything in their space without being afraid to live in it." Cynthia and her team act as the primary liaison in their projects between the client and architects, engineers, contractors, fabricators and trades people to ensure a smooth transition from detailed concept to completion.

Professionally, Cynthia Soda is a graduate of Ryerson University, School of Interior Design and is a Registered Interior Designer with ARIDO, IDC and NCIDQ in good standing. Soda Pop Design Inc. is a proud supporter of Plan Canada's Because I am a Girl and contributes yearly to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Alzheimers Society as well as GoodLife Kids and SickKids Foundations. 

Cynthia has received Best of Design and Customer Satisfaction awards from the online Houzz community for several consecutive years.

Her work has been featured in print and online in various respected lifestyle Toronto based design publications. Cynthia is a regular contributor for the Saturday Toronto Sun Paper , Royal Le Page and Century 21 lifestyle publications and US based online publication Design Made Simple.

Today her independent firm continues to grow working on a variety of small and full-scale residential and commercial projects in Ontario.  

My Favourite room to design is…
The kitchen has always been a favourite of mine because I like to treat the function of the space as a boundary that I can push and mould architecturally to end up with an aesthetically pleasing yet functional use of space. Laundry rooms and mudrooms have been overlooked in the past so I love to make these exciting spaces to push through mundane chores.

Dirty Dancing and This is Us or Riverdale are my guilty pleasures of the moment

Allie Johnson Designer | Media Coordinator 

Allie has been a part of the Soda Pop Design team since 2016 after graduating from Georgian College with an Advanced Diploma in Interior Design. Allie has combined her passions for design and social media, becoming the SPDi media coordinator as well as contributes to all coordination, sourcing and design of all SPDi projects. She brings her creative ideas and knowledge in both design and media to the table with a bubbly personality.

My Favourite room to design is…

I find powder rooms super fun to design as you can take the biggest risks and really go outside of your comfort zone. Bedrooms are also another space I love to design as you can really show off your personality.

Madyson Johnson Designer | 3D Illustrator 

After graduating with honors from Georgian College with an advanced diploma in Interior Design, Madyson honed in on her technical skills and discovered her passion for 3D graphic design. Madyson creates realistic 3D renderings for all SPDi projects, giving our clients a realistic look into their space while also contributing to the creative design, sourcing and other technical aspects of all projects.

Sophie is the newest designers to join the Soda Pop Design team, after graduating from Ryerson University with a Bachelors of Interior Design. Sophie has honed in on her skill on the technical aspects of the projects. She also contributes to creative design, sourcing and material selection for our clients.
